This shop killed my battery and refused to take any accountability, even going as far as blaming me for killing my battery. I literally picked up my car yesterday and now it’s dead. I know how to recognize if there is a light on in my car, I’ve had this car for 3 years. Completely unbelievable unprofessionalism.
