Mike the technician from the Algonquin shop frequently kept me updated on the repair status of my car. He also called me when a part took longer to be delivered. Mike assured me that he was doing everything he could to finish the repair. He genuinely seemed to care about his customer. The staff at the Woodridge shop where my car was initially dropped off were very informative and I was able to leave the rental car there for pick up.
