Very satisfied with the quality of work done and the communications from. Jeff about the progress. Only negative is that I forgot to remove my sunglasses from the headliner which had to be replace the interesting thing here is that the sunglasses case was found in the car, but it was tiurned inside out and the sunglasses are missing. They were $300 prescription sunglasses that I now have to go repurchase I have a suspicion I know what happened, but can’t prove it .

They took in my Toyota hybrid, but apparently are not able to work on hybrids. I got my car back and within 24 hours was dead on the side of the road because my hybrid system failed. When I called to ask if I should have the car towed back to them they said they can’t fix a hybrid system and that it needed to be towed to Toyota. Why on earth would you accept a car that you Are not able to fix. So now, not only am I back in a rental, I am stealing with all these logistics right in time for the busy holiday season. I have never thought such incompetence could exist.
