They chipped some paint off my car and scuffed one of the plastic pieces near the rear bumper cover.

Chipped paint and a scuffed piece of plastic left from the repair that were not there before. Will not be returning to that shop if I ever need any repairs

Your poor excuse for an adjuster did not believe me when I said what had happen to my vehicle. He informed me that it was not likely that my ailment or any other steering issues were a result of the accident. I did tell him that those issues were the only reason I called to make a claim. But the guy has the audacity to tell me that my hood latch just randomly broke. My bumper is still off set. I’d much rather my car get fixed and adjusted by strippers because at least I know they will believe me and do what it takes to make the customer happy.
