After having the unfortunate luck of being hit and run 2x within 40 days, I’ve had two experiences working with this Caliber team. Both times I received OUTSTANDING service. The team was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and extremely professional. Kim at the front desk made the entire process a very positive and painless one! Kim’s professionalism, and positive attitude were a pleasure to work with - and I am so grateful for her! I would highly recommend Caliber, and I know I will use this service in the future if needed. This was my first time in a collision. So I had no idea what to do. I hit a deer, called the police, then called my insurance. American family very helpful. They told me step by step what was going to happen. Then when I got in contact with caliber. Again step by step what was going to happen. I appreciate the text updates. Very helpful. With the rental car I get to work. So it's been good. Thank you!
