I (Sonya, the driver, and daughter of Sam) had a hard time understanding exactly what was expected of me, unfortunately, but I don’t think that’s the staff’s fault in the slightest. They were very kind and understanding of my amateurish fumbling and even my excitement at getting my car back. I appreciated their patience with me while I tried to navigate an unfamiliar situation.
