The repair itself looks great. My experience with dropping off the vehicle was not. I was there for 1 hour and 55 minutes waiting. Caliber Collision said that they have an Enterprise reservation number for a reservation, so I waited.They said they received the number from Farmers, so they advised me a reservation was set up. Why were they given a number by Farmers? Why was I advised that there was a reservation? I ended up leaving without a rental and without anyone looking at my car. I dropped it off a second time only after I had to figure out the rental process on my own. Great repair; but not great communication.

I know the team was crazy busy but was a bit perturbed I had to continually reach out for status. I heard nothing for first four days. Job was excellent in the end

Mike was incredible! He was friendly and accommodating, meeting all of our needs. Great communication throughout our experience. The car looks brand new! Would recommend anyone I know to use Caliber in Algonquin! Everyone there was very friendly and the work was done well and done right.
