From the moment I arrived with a damaged car door until the moment my car was expertly repaired, I was always treated with respect and courtesy. Travis was honest about the cost to repair a door and what the range it might be. He gave me the estimate that covered the different costs depending on what they would have to do to repair it. I loved having the updates through text; knowing where my vehicle was in the process of being repaired. It kept me informed and Caliber even finished earlier than originally expected. My car looked just as it did when I purchased it new! The team definitely did an excellent job in repairing the door and matching the paint perfectly. Thank you for your commitment to quality!

I am not happy with the service and not expecting this kind of behavior. They haven’t delivered the car as originally promised. I had to drive up there in the rain and wasting an hour from work I was told the car will be ready for pick up by 4:30 pm and also got a message from their app saying that.
