I am not happy with the service and not expecting this kind of behavior. They haven’t delivered the car as originally promised. I had to drive up there in the rain and wasting an hour from work I was told the car will be ready for pick up by 4:30 pm and also got a message from their app saying that.

Truly an incredible experience with Ryan and the caliber Alpharetta team! Got in an accident and they took care of everything.. made the whole process so easy. They made me feel like I was the only person getting my car fixed. From the beginning to the end which usually would take a month to fix they got it done in less than 2 weeks! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them for any and all repairs for life.

Only question I have is why our vehicle had 12 miles of usage from when I dropped it off and when it was picked up. It may have gone to the Volvo place for sensor calibrations however the closest Volvo place is less than one mile from the Caliber Collision body shop.

Quality is excellent. Would have liked it if you could have done the clear coat at the same location. I love that you handled that and it is paid for, but it is an inconvenience to have to schedule that separately.
