This was my first experience working with Caliber following a rear-end accident, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was advised that Enterprise would bring a rental to the location, so I expected a long wait. To my surprise, the process was incredibly efficient — the car arrived quickly, and my wait time was minimal. The same level of efficiency applied when I picked up my repaired vehicle. The turnaround time was faster than I anticipated, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Caliber kept me well-informed throughout the process, and their communication system made everything easy without unnecessary time spent in the office. The team was also exceptionally courteous and professional. I truly couldn’t recommend them more.
