While the customer service team was very apologetic, and it does seem like they do want to make things right, I am thoroughly disappointed with the workmanship on my vehicle. It is one thing to offer a guarantee and to offer to fix any issues, but it is another when I cannot trust the shop to fix the issues without creating greater issues in the process.

Shop claimed that the car was finished on three separate occasions and there were obvious mistakes in their repair that should have been addressed before turning the car back over. I have the car back now and Iâm noticing mistakes in the finishwork, where I can see circular patterns, possibly bad polishwork. Additionally, the button that locks and unlocks my door on the exterior is not as responsive as the other doors, likely an assembly error. They were very nice to me throughout the whole process, and they were willing to take the car back and fix issues repeatedly, but these issues were the result of poor finishwork and should have never occurred in the first place. They offer a lifetime guarantee and I will probably end up going back again to have them fix the remaining issues, but at this point I have low confidence that they will be able to do the work properly.

They were very courteous, and were willing to fix any issue I pointed out. They also paid for a rental for several weeks when they had failed to meet the deadline they initially gave. However, they also repeatedly told me that the car was ready only to have me come out and find obvious issues with the work. Additionally, I was given many inaccurate estimates as to when my car would be available. While I understand that bodywork can be unpredictable, the trend seemed to lean more towards overpromising and underdelivering in terms of estimates.
