Best customer service ever received anywhere regardless of service provided. Communication was great, attitude and overall demeanor was excellent. It was abruptly clear that the whole staff was Sympathetic to my situation and was personally dedicated to ensuring that I was being helped to the fullest of their ability and more. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision. Their customer service was awesome.., friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Also, I loved that I didn?t have to call for updates. The texting kept me apprised of the status and the courtesy call to let me know when it would be ready for pick up was greatly appreciated. Workmanship looks beautiful!!
