My Experience

I cannot say enough about the service and support I received from Caliber. I loved being able to get a sense of the approximate likely cost via the website, and that estimate turned out to be really close to the final, actual cost. Every single person who was part of the support journey - from the customer care point person in the main lobby to the expert technician (Ryan) who verified what needed to be done and ensured quality service - was exceptional. I watched their interactions with other customers when I was at the location, and I can say with confidence that they truly do take to heart ensuring both the experience customers receive and the quality of the work are top notch.

I had an absolutely horrific experience with Caliber Collision. If you expect transparency, basic communication, and to be treated with respect, take your vehicle somewhere else. I dropped my car off at the Buckhead location on June 3rd. The inspector walked the car, marked the areas needing repair, and explicitly told me it would take a week at maximum to complete. He also promised I would receive regular updates as the vehicle moved through the process. Those updates never came. Instead, on June 8th, I received a call informing me my car had just been received at their Alpharetta location. They completely transferred my vehicle 25 miles away without ever calling me, consulting me, or asking if I was okay with that. From there, I waited a few more days for insurance. The Geico adjuster actually went out, inspected the vehicle, and went over the damages with my service advisor, Ryan, on June 10th. After all that was settled, Ryan told me they wouldn’t even be able to start the repairs for another week, around June 15th or 16th. Then I received another call on June 17th from Ryan, stating he had talked to my Geico adjuster and his manager and they had just come up with a game plan for the vehicle. Mind you, he had already told me the prior week that repairs were supposed to begin on the 15th or 16th. On this call, Ryan actually said to me, "Your main issue I heard was your rental car and your Geico adjuster said that’s been handled, so you’re all good." Mind you, that is completely none of his business and has absolutely nothing to do with his side of things or fixing my car. He then told me they would hopefully start work on Friday the 19th. I told him I really needed them to start that day at the latest, since I dropped the car off all the way back on June 3rd. He told me it would be ready the following Friday, June 26th. I obviously didn't believe them due to everything that had occurred. When my car was actually ready on the 26th, Ryan called me and asked me to come get it. I told him I could not because I was at work. I work as an ICU nurse and wouldn't be able to get the car until Monday the 29th. Mind you, I took this call outside of a patient's room. Ryan's response was incredibly rude; he told me that had he known that, he would have never expedited the repairs and that he only did it because I had been constantly on top of them and told them how much I needed my vehicle. He then tried to force my hand by telling me that Enterprise was going to cancel my rental car because the paperwork had been signed from Geico. This caused me to completely panic while trying to figure out numerous ways to get the car during my shift. After all that stress, Geico called me and said they didn't understand why Ryan would tell me this, confirming my rental car was actually good through July 1st. I called Ryan back and let him know this information. He completely dropped the act and said, "You have to pick up the car no later than the 30th, I have a quota deadline I have to make." I was in absolute shock at how he treated me during this entire process. Ryan actively lied about my insurance benefits, tried to manipulate me, and stressed me out during a shift in a high-acuity hospital unit all because he had a personal monthly sales quota to hit. Caliber Collision has zero integrity, and I will never bring a vehicle back here.

My Experience

The car took a couple of weeks to repair because the body shop installed the plug-in to the lights incorrectly. The technician responsible for taking the car in lied to me on several occasions about the work that was being done on the car. I contacted a Ford dealership to fix their error. My contact at caliber collision told me that the problem was a factory problem. He wouldn’t admit that they had made an error. The car was brand new and his suggestion to me was to get forward to replace the car.

My Experience

Great experience! You helped handle the rental car, repaired it in a week, and it looks perfect. I really like your customer care rep at the front desk; she is so organized and on top of it, you're lucky to have her! My service manager did a great job as well... Explained everything up front and detailed what was done on the back end thoroughly.

My Experience

Excellent from start to finish!
