The car took a couple of weeks to repair because the body shop installed the plug-in to the lights incorrectly. The technician responsible for taking the car in lied to me on several occasions about the work that was being done on the car. I contacted a Ford dealership to fix their error. My contact at caliber collision told me that the problem was a factory problem. He wouldn’t admit that they had made an error. The car was brand new and his suggestion to me was to get forward to replace the car.

Great experience! You helped handle the rental car, repaired it in a week, and it looks perfect. I really like your customer care rep at the front desk; she is so organized and on top of it, you're lucky to have her! My service manager did a great job as well... Explained everything up front and detailed what was done on the back end thoroughly.

The service was great. My car came back clean. Miss April’s was very helpful throughout the whole process and she kept me updated almost every other day. I’m very happy with my experience here and I will definitely be back for any future hiccups with the car.
