I am satisfied with the repair work; however, I was not fully satisfied with the initial handling of my concern by the service advisor. Immediately after delivery, the vehicle was not charging, and the response I received upon raising the issue did not meet expectations. I would like to sincerely thank Lynn for promptly attending my call, listening carefully to my concern, and ensuring it was addressed. Following this, I received a callback from Ryan, who was much more attentive and professional in his approach. Although I ultimately had to take the vehicle to Tesla for resolution, I believe the initial response could have been handled at a higher standard. Once again, I appreciate Lynn’s support and responsiveness throughout the process.
