Ryan was super helpful in explaining the damage to the car, what new parts are needed and remained constantly in touch with details of the estimate and when the car will be ready to pick up. I ended up getting the car back a week or more in advance. Overall happy with my experience at Caliber Collision.

Caliber provided the smoothest, easiest process for car repair I've ever experienced. Everything from the quote to drop off and exchanging for a rental car to pick up was a great experience. Rachel kept me up to date the entire time and Caliber worked painlessly with my insurance the the rental car company, even handling return of the rental car after I picked my car up. I can't recommend Caliber Collision highly enough.
