I was really disappointed with the OBT location for not checking the car are ready before they call us to pickup. They rushed the job even tho I informed them I have rental and I want it to be done right.

The staff was great!! Zak called me several times a week to update me on my car. Mary arranged to have someone pick me up from the airport so I didnt have to get a Lyft because I had to fly from indiana to get my car. They just all around made my experience as great as it could be.
