Everything and I mean everything was smooth from start to finish. I was welcomed in as a walk-in (no insurance claim, self pay) with a smile. They assessed the damaged area (very minor to passenger side front door handle) within a reasonable time, explaining they would take about 15 mins to review part availability and write me an estimate. Gentleman came out and explained they price they can do it for but to expedite things and my time, they'd order the part, match pain it and once it it was ready, then they'd call me for the install. This avoided me having to drop off the car and it sit while waiting on paint to dry. I came in on scheduled appt day. THEY WERE READY! This impressed me greatly. Young lady installed the part, bought the car to the front door for me. Payment was breeze and an EXTREMELY fair price as there was a part they ordered but didn't need so they they reduced the estimate by that part since they'd return to the vendor. WOW!!! This was just a fantastic experience. and now I can get in and out of my car again. Going back for some front bumper damage review.

All of the staff were pleasant and helpful Maureen was more than helpful. She made sure that my car was even able to be dropped off to me. It's unfortunate that my vehicle was involved in an accident, but I would definitely take it back to Caliber Collision if I ever needed to againn.

I was satisfied with the repair work. I was told the car could be ready on Wednesday or Thursday. When I called on Thursday, he said maybe it will be ready on Friday when I called on Friday he said maybe it will be ready at the end of the day. It wasn’t ready until Monday. If I had been told that in the beginning, I would have been able to make plans better, but I kept being told it might be ready, which is what I based my schedule on.
