Richie was our main point of contact when we were getting our car repaired. He kept us updated and was even able to get manufactured parts for our car despite the insurance wanting to use non-manufactured parts. We appreciate his professionalism. He also brought the car to us and it was ready right when I got home. Five stars for Richie and the staff at Caliber Collision!

There was a little confusion about how long the car could stay at Caliber. I turned my car in for repair, and communicated multiple time that I would be out of town. When repair was finished, customer service rep called to say it was ready. Agian, I reminded the rep I was out of town and would pick it up upon my return. I received subsequent calls, that the car was ready, but repeated I was out of town. I reached out to a colleague to assist to get the car. Not what I agreed to or wanted.
