Terrific job! From the receptionist and adjuster to the technicians, I was made to feel very welcome. And the job they performed on my car was outstanding. It actually looks new. I strongly recommend their work on anyone who needs it!

Before Caliber took over this shop I had nothing but good things to say. Now I'm not sure I would recommend it to anyone because of the issues I had with communication.

The communication is lacking as far as when parts were ordered and when the car would be ready. Dropped my car off Monday after being told parts were ordered. Said I would have it back by Wednesday. When I didn't hear anything back on Wednesday I called to followed up and was told parts weren't ordered until Tuesday and the bumper should be in by Wednesday. Car wasn't done until Friday.
