My experience with caliber in particular Manny has been wonderful. He kept me updated all the time. I had some questions regarding repairs that I had to pay for and he answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. The front office girls were great and helpful. I’m so glad to have my car back in perfect condition.

Very professional and personable staff and explained the procedure beforehand. A two-day job turned out to be a one-day return with great job done. Smooth transaction with Enterprise rental pick-up took me to the rental office in Garden Grove and when I picked up my car Caliber Collision returned the rental same day. Bonus; car washed and tires shined. I was given two nearby locations by Geico as to where I could have my car done. Glad I chose Caliber Collision.

Took my car into caliber and they took care of my car. I received daily updates. Originally they said it would take 10 days. They completed it 7 days. The job was a success and my car looks like it was never even hit. Thank you Raiul. I will be bringing my car back for the hit and run mess on the other side. Great work.

Raul Muñoz was awesome he made sure I knew what was going on at all times, service couldn’t be better, it was anticipated to take 10 days but they finished in 5 days including the weekend. The repairs look great as if nothing happened. Extremely impressed with caliber collision
