The repair took longer than we expected, but we were kept somewhat informed. We were happy to have a local business handling the repair, but disappointed with the fact that the actual work was being done elsewhere. This did affect the ability to communicate with the company about the repair process and status. We had battery trouble, which we believe was brought on by the long service time, although this was handled quite well by your replacement of the battery at cost. We appreciated that very much. There is one problem still, in that apparently some glue got on the inside of the driver's side window. We are right now unable to bring the car back to you for this to be removed until later in the month, but we were disappointed by your not returning our call concerning this. We will be in touch again later.

I would not recommend using this location, it look 3 months before my car was returned to me. And not only did it take forever to get my vehicle back to me. My car now makes noise when I drive. Do not use this location very disappointing.

I would not recommend using them to a friend or a stranger. They take a long time to fix your car, lie about when it will be ready and now my brand new car that unfortunately was hit by a drunk driver make noises when I drive it. Do not use this place under any circumstances.

It took three months to get my car back and now it makes noise when I drive it. I would not recommend using this location to anyone who reads this.

So far the repairs looks great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The process was almost stress free. The updates were very helpful and I used them to plan to pick up my vehicle. There was excellent communication on the repair. They kept me up-to-date with everything that was going on from day-to-day and there was also good coordination with the rental vehicle so I didn’t have anything else to worry about. It is much appreciated and I’ll be back if I need the service in the future.
