Let us just say that Jake has helped us twice recently with two situations on both of our vehicles. He is gone way over and beyond being a great customer service person. The communication has always been superb, and we think you should give him a raise! He’s the best. I’m kind of hoping a deer will hit my car again just so that I can experience his customer service, lol! Thank u Jake!

Caliber does a superb job. This is the second time in a couple of months to use them for both vehicles. Jake is about the best representative. Should give him a raise so you won’t lose him. He’s awesome! I’m gonna have to hit another deer just so I can have Jake wait on us., lol!

I would not recommend anyone to Caliber Collision. The excuses provided by management as to why it took so long to get the vehicle done and why they continued to give me a pickup date if they didn’t actually know was unacceptable.

There was no communication until I began calling for status updates and each time the information received was inaccurate. I was told week after week that the vehicle would be ready only for that day to come an hey tell me they have to order another part or some other excuse.

Repairs to the vehicle were good, however, my car seat base was removed from the backseat and placed in the bed of the truck where it got rained on and covered in dirt.
