After 5.5 weeks and text of wanting to make sure my vehicle is returned to me in mint condition, I got it back and the AC did not work, front bumper bowing out after two weeks of having it back. In addition, a cracked windshield which they are replacing for me. The principle of the matter is that my vehicle is still in need of body work after you had it for over 5 weeks. This is unacceptable. We are very disappointed and expect better service.

Renee has been very communicative. The regional manager was less than friendly.helpful when inspecting my windshield. He finally offered to come get my car to replace windshield, but no apologies or offer that Caliber is better than this and we will make it right.
