Everyone was very positive, kind and helpful from Clark to Rennae. I had to call several times and Clark was very helpful, kind, and patient. Rannae was especially helpful. She kept me updated and answered any questions I had. I never once had to call and ask about the progress of my car. She was very prompt on keeping me in the loop.

The bumper doesn't fit well at all in 4 different spots. It's also damaged or made messed up on both of the corners by the quarter panel. Also, if you lightly scratch at the messed up corners, the paint flakes right off. I've had nothing but great experiences with my representative Jake so I'm sure he'll get it all taken care of. The corners were also sticking out and not flush with the quarter panel. The tech tried gluing them together but it didn't hold and now you can clearly see the glue between the panels and they got a bit of it on two other panels.

The entire tan at Cake was amazing. The receptionist who answers the phone professionally; when she doesn't more the answer she finds it! The manager, who goes well beyond the"extra mile" for customers. I've had my cars in different body shops over the years, hands down this has been the best experience ever!
