The representative point of contact was amazing. Very professional. However the length of repair was a little more than expected. Middle console also very slightly damaged during repairs. All in all good experience.

My car was reassembled to my satisfaction. I am very thankful to Renee and Jake. They were both very helpful, professional and kind. My car wasn't actually repaired though because it was considered a total loss by Progressive. But I am very grateful to have my car back with the reassembly.
