When I came to pick up the vehicle and was worried about an issue, y'all fixed it right away! I also appreciate that you work with Enterprise to help drivers like myself who don't have secondary vehicle. Vivian made sure right away that someone from Enterprise would come pick me up when I dropped my car off when I told her I wasn't informed that I needed an appointment with them. Rennae kept me informed the entire time and was very patient and kind with my being anxious. I couldn't be more grateful for her! And I was able to drop off my rental car there which was very helpful since it was too late in the evening for me to drop my rental at Mckinney Enterprise and then get a ride back to Anna Caliber.
