Very unlikely, most likely will refer people to the Allen location. Had to come to this location due to the make and model of my car. Prefer the customer service at the other location

Rennae was very polite and professional. She kept us updated during the process and walked us to the car to make sure we were happy. The Anna location was also very clean and tidy when we walked in, and the front desk receptionist was very friendly. Highly recommended to all my friends and will definitely use again if we need body work!!!

Because I dropped my car off at Rockwall, my insurance company sent the payments to the Rockwall location. There was A LOT of confusion of finding the payments and then finally having my car towed back from Anna and released. My insurance company even sent screen shots of the payments that had cleared. It was very frustrating!
