This is complicated. I feel like communication was excellent until it wasn’t. Upon picking up the car, we were told it is throwing engine codes. These codes did not exist prior to the wreck. We were forced to spend money out of pocket foe things that I feel should have been covered. Additionally, the elongated storibg of the car appeared to have drained and damaged the battery, which forced us to spend additional money the day after we picked it up. I am happy with the work done, but these instances frustrated me.

You can’t tell it was ever damaged. If you didn’t know where it was repaired, you would not be able to find where it was repaired.
