Jake did an excellent job at handling my wife’s vehicle. He was very attentive from start to finish with answering all of her questions and providing continuous updates during the entire car repair cycle. It took a total of about 3 weeks to get my truck repaired. However, a lot of things contributed to that. ( Christmas, New Year’s, waiting on parts to be delivered). With all that being said, I was told to come pick up my truck on 1/8/26. When I did, it still wasn’t complete. The cover that goes on top of my passenger rear mirror hadn’t been installed, neither had the Silverado decal that goes on the fender. I went to the collision center to have the parts installed, but they had painted the mirror cover, although it wasn’t supposed to be painted. The manager called another dealership and found another part. He then came to my house and put it on himself, which was nice. And since I had to work until the 13th, I wasn’t able to get the decal put on till yesterday, the 14th. With all this being said, the staff was very apologetic and nice. I believe all people have bad days every so often, so in the end, it’s all good. My truck looks great! Overall, I’m impressed with the work that was done!
