Jake did an amazing job throughout this process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire experience. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and my truck looks great. I highly recommend asking for Jake if you use caliber collision!

My truck took 3 months to be repaired for hail damage. The final 2 months of the repair process were due to damage and delays caused by Caliber Collision. I am also having to take my truck back to the shop because the repairs they performed were unacceptable. They failed to replace all of the hardware for my windshield wipers, rendering them useless. They did not fully repair the damage that they caused to my door panel. There are now multiple rattles behind my dash. They scratched multiple interior panels while trying to repair damage that they caused. They apparently think that it's OK to leave the customer with a sunroof door that hardly opens and a white film over all of the interior surfaces. I will update this review after secondary repairs have been performed.

The complete lack of pride in work and non-communication make it impossible for me to leave a positive review. The shop never contacted me regarding the repair process. I had to call to get updates.
