Everything was awesome, Emmy. The receptionist from the beginning was a lot of help. Everything was repaired sooner than I thought and I was updated everyday. It was the awesome experience all the way though.

I dropped my car off this morning, March 27 at 8:30am. I asked if it would be ready today, and Stephen told me that he was hoping that it would be, but he knew for sure it would be ready tomorrow. I got a call this morning at 11:45am that it was ready…3 hours after I dropped it off! What great service! I know it was just dent less repair for some hail damage my car suffered a couple of weeks ago, but it was much appreciated that it was taken care of so quickly. Stephen was very helpful and responsive to my phone calls about my repairs and scheduling to get my car fixed. He looked at it on Monday, March 18…and 9 days later it was fixed! Excellent customer service!

A sign of left air bag sensor appeared in the screen. The second door (passenger) of the left side is not closing smooth, to close it is needed more energy and sounds like something is forced.
