Getting an appointment was frustrating. After the INS company and Caliber got sinked, my experience was much better. The quaility of the workmanship appears to be excellent. They completed the repair quickly and updated me on the progress almost daily. Im a fan and very happy.

The only thing that may wide did not like was the powdery dust over the interior. But all the rest looks to be great!! I think it even drives a lot better, you did a great job!

Ethan kept me informed the entire time, repair was done early. Emma at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. Repairs look great. One minor thing just to help improve, the bed of my truck has dirt all in it like it was sitting in a dirty floor when taken apart. A bolt was left laying in the bed (assuming it’s an extra) and a piece of the bed trim was not put back. I put it back and the service was excellent. I’m not upset but wanted to point it out to help improve. I will be using this location for any future damage that I hope to never have :-)
