The car was returned much dirtier than when it was dropped off. I don't expect it to be detailed or anything like that, but leading it caked with dust/mud was a bad look. Further, I noticed overspray all over my windshield which makes me wonder if there is overspray on my paint as well. The actual body and scratch repair done was fine, but these other details are why I am unable to give a higher score.
