I will never bring my car to this shop again and I will strongly discourage my friends and family from doing so.

After months of traveling back and forth to the shop and then waiting for the shop to negotiate with the dealer, our problem is still not resolved. While the staff that helped us directly were always kind and courteous, going out of their way to try to resolve the issue, it is apparent that the shop is too poorly managed to support a successful customer experience. At this point it remains unclear to me if the shop is even capable of performing this basic repair.

I have brought my cars here for body repairs in the past and have always been happy with the work. However, this time the repairs were very sloppy and did not meet the quality I experienced before. I came in to speak with the manager about the issue, but I was told he was in a meeting and was not available to address my concerns. Unfortunately, this felt like poor customer service, especially given my previous positive experiences with the shop.

The repair were done with in the time they said it was going to take, which it was good for me because I didn’t have a rental car. Their repairs are so good to the body of the car. I cannot even tell there was a damage on it. I’m extremely satisfied with the finish job they provided. Thank you
