Caliber Collision's customer service was excellent from start to finish. In particular, When I had problems entering the parking lot due to ice and snow conditions there were no hesitation from the staff. The repair team made my old Volvo look new. And the administrative staff helped me understand the application process. In other words, I am very satisfied and would consider them for future repairs.

I don't really want to recommend the body shop.. because there were not enough parking spaces and it takes really time to find parking and I waited about 40mins to get out of the parking..

Okay . My back camera is still showing the bumper.. it was not like that before the accident, the bumper should not be shown from the back camera.. I do parallel parking most of times , and every time I had to check the space of my car between other cars after parking.. I don't know how you relocated the bumper or is it because of the trunk door which was dented after that incident?.. and did you fix correctly? I am not really satisfied now . I even didn't rent a car after I dropped off my car to body shop, I didn't want it .and took a bus until I got my car back .I gave you enough time to fix .... I am not really satisfied with fixing..

I really appreciate your body shop. I had an accident with my car and you kept my car until it was completely fixed. I appreciate Isaiah who is very knowledgeable. He helped me get the estimate. He is very patient with me every time I came by to check on everything and relax. He is someone who you need in a body shop to help with stressed out customers. The receptionist is wonderful. Always pleasant and supportive every time. Excellent service.

Isiah was very helpful getting my car taken into the shop for repairs. When I arrived at GEICO Caliber Collision GEICO Insurance had already prepared my appointment for the estimate for the repairs. There was a clear system in place to get my car in for repair and immediately assured me that my car would keep me informed of the progress. Even when I called and came by to visit the shop, the receptionist and Isiah were very professional and let me know my car would be fixed on schedule and kept me updated. Overall my car looks great like new. It’s a great shop.
