The lack of parking spaces makes use of the shop a challenge. The folks at the front desk sent me the wrong letter with the estimate and put the wrong license plate number on the estimate. The estimate was quite a lot lower than the final cost. It is too early for me to know whether the repair has been fully successful.

Still waiting for inspection of new skid plate as the one installed has marks on it. Also reflector is loose on bumper. Waiting to bring it back.

I worked primarily with Isaiah and Jose, but am sure there are others who I spoke with and would also like to thank. I had a frustrating experience with my insurance but the Caliber Team could but have been easier to work with from start to finish. Not only did they give me a very competitive rate they completed the repairs during the week after the snowstorm, which was a pleasant surprise. The technicians who repaired the hood and grill are craftsmen (if not magicians!). My car looks brand new. I could not be more pleased with my experience with the entire team at Caliber Collision. My sincerest thanks to Isaiah, Jose and the team!!!
