The communication was terrible. I was never informed that promised delivery dates would be missed - - and that happened three times. It wasn't until I called in to ask why my car wasn't done that I received any updates after the date has already been missed. For example, my car was due on 12/27, but it wasn't until 12/31 that the date was updated to 1/3. And then that date was missed too. Very poor customer service.
