The entire team at Caliber was extremely friendly and very helpful in answering my questions. I was updated almost daily and am very proud of the great work they did to my car. You canât tell I had an accident at all. I also really appreciate them cleaning the inside of my car once the work was completed. It was an added plus that I didnât expect.

I was told my car was ready for pick-up in the morning but it was not. However, they did provide me a free rental car, so I was appreciative. I think the main reason I give such a high score is because of the very nice woman at the desk. She was fantastic .

Should have better aligned the bumper and when asked, said misalignment was due to previous damage. I was rearended, so thus it was likely new damage.

I should have been informed that clear coat would highlight other paint damage not repaired. I might have requested to do the complete bumper.
