Everything looked great and employees were nice. However, my weather strip was still ripped and I haven't heard back when I called multiple times and they keep saying they will call me back.

Maira was super efficient and super helpful. I really appreciated getting regular updates on the status of repairs. The workmanship was superb. It was such a nice treat that my car was washed inside and out. Having Enterprise located there was great. Travis was also super efficient. I didn't think to order a rental car. He managed to get one in 15 minutes. The office is modern and very clean. A positive vibe from the staff, which seems to indicate that they are treated well. I could go on about how positive my experience was. Excellent service!!
