Customer service was exceptional by all parties (Geico, Caliber, Enterprise). All representatives communicated closely, limiting the need for the customer (myself) to become involved. The entire process was seamless.

Your scale should go higher. I'd give CC a 20. I had a Chyrysler 300 repaired about 15 years ago at CC when it was Spectrum. Same first-class quality work and friendly service.

The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I qualified for some kind of "Express Service" through GEICO, and that is a BRILLIANT concept. Really appreciated the coordination with Enterprise rental. The idea of a "one-stop repair" should be the rule, not the exception!

Generally, I'm pleased with the overall job. The paint looks great. There is a trim piece, however, that doesn't seem to be attached properly. I plan to contact the shop on Monday about it. Also, I was really displeased with how dirty the inside of the car was upon its return to me. I've taken several pictures to show what I'm talking about. There were tape bits/paint bits/or whatever it was strewn throughout the front of the car. Also, the trunk liner wasn't attached properly, and there was a piece on the trunk floor which was improperly set. I actually had to have the Audi dealer fix that piece for me already.

I have never been to CC before, but I was thoroughly impressed! They were ready for me with all of my papers laid out when I arrived, nicely organized into folders. While my car was being fixed they updated me via phone call and email. The calls were short, to the point and polite. When I picked up my car, it had been given a thorough cleaning, inside and out, with meticulous detail. The front bumper which had been repaired looked amazing! I hope to never need your services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to go to Caliber Collision. Great work guys, and thank you! Sarah
