My vehicle was dropped off with the interior very clean thus I had to completely detail the interior however the work for the damage was excellent

I’m not sure how to rate this - a 0 and a 10? I dropped my car off and was told it would take 1 1/2 weeks. I dropped it off on 2/17 and it was not ready until 4/30. As time progressed, Isaiah was very communicative and said the shop doesn’t normally handle jobs this big. Had that been communicated up front, I would have taken it somewhere else. My confidence in the shop and repairs was lost, which I communicated, and he reassured me that everything would be repaired properly. Zero rating for initial time estimate, for taking a job that was too much for the shop/not stating that upfront, and time to complete the job. 10 rating for Isaiah’s communications/transparency.

You missed a long deep gouge from the accident on the right rear fender; it’s a continuation of the gouge on the right rear passenger door. That is not an oversight that I would ever expect from Caliber Collision. I would like the repair completed by another Caliber Collision; preferably the one on Mt. Vernon Ave in Alexandria. I am also notifying State Farm, as well.
