When I took my car in to be fixed by the amazing people at the new caliber collision’s location on cooper, my car was not in the best shape. They were very great with keeping me informed of the process and stages my car was going through to be fixed. When I picked it up on Friday 12/9/22, my car almost looked brand new and it was just amazing! The team at this location went above and beyond my expectations to get my car back to its original condition. If I eve have to come back(which I hope I don’t, car accidents are stressful) I would definitely be coming back to the new location on cooper street. Very happy and satisfied. Thank you and thank your team at this location for getting me back into my car

Definitely would come back if I ever need any body work done in the future. Service rep Melissa was great, kept me informed, and updated throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Minor details in repair that I thought could use more attention are being addressed and taken care of without any question on their end. Makes me feel even better that I chose Caliber collision to handle my accident claim.
