Communication to your customers matters I’m a husband. I’m a manager at a facility. I’m a dad a lot of movement parts like going on. It’s hard to lick your wife in the eye and when she says, have you heard from caliber today and you say no and then the next question is when are you gonna call them to find out what the status is if I have to call you to find out the status of my car and I can’t get a status update at least every couple of days to me. That’s a process problem.

I was told the car was ready after 27 days at your shop. I returned the rental car and y’all gave me a ride to your shop to pick up my car. I picked up my car I believe on a Wednesday and Friday evening I was returning it to your shop. You’ve now had it for six more days and I have no idea what the status says because I don’t get communicated with regularly unless I call.

I am unsure how I’m supposed to rate customer service when lucky and I’ve had to return my car back to the shop and was told to be a quick repair day six I finally got a rental car from My from the insurance company because I have no idea when I’m getting my car back from you guys

I must say for my first ever experience on getting my vehicle's body repaired I am extremely thankful for Caliber Collision for getting my vehicle looking brand new again.
