Overall I had a good repair experience with caliber collision. Willie did a phenomenal job, he even helped the Detail team when I arrived to pick up the vehicle so I wouldn’t have to wait as long. Although the repair took longer than I anticipated, the team did a great job keeping me up-to-date with the status.

They have a really good team at this location. Willie kept me informed throughout, and the intake/reception personnel did a great job from when I first walked in, giving me an overview of the process, to when I came to pick up my vehicle and explaining the deductible and all repairs that were done.

Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and courteous. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed that the right rear panel was slightly popped out. Willie saw the problem and took it back to the technician to fix. It was fixed and ready to go in about 15 minutes.
