We scheduled our appointment online; when we arrived to drop off the vehicle, we were told we did not have an appointment in the system and could not schedule another appointment in person for the same day. We left and called back; after some digging, the CC team realized we did have an appointment but the online scheduler did not save it in your system. We were able to schedule a new same-day appointment, but only after making a trip down there and being sent home, essentially. Not ideal but we were able to resolve it.
