Although the work was done satisfactorily, I was disappointed with the the time it took and the timeline in texting me that it had been completed. I dropped the car off at 8am on Monday to replace a side view mirror and was told that it would be completed in one day. On (Wednesday) I still hadn’t received a call so I called the Office at 4:30pm to check on the status at which tome I was told it was ready for pick up. On Thursday I received a text message that the work was completed and ready for pick up. Seems as though this can be improved!
