All the staff at Caliber Arlington are very attentive and responsive. The repairs done to my RAV4 were of high quality and within a reasonable timeframe. Also, the ability to return my rental car at the shop is a great convenience.

Well done. Thank you very much. Just few screws were missing and I let it do afterwards. On the right side small piece is not properly aligned. They said factory part and old parts could not properly be aligned as you wish. Ok. If it is impossible I understand.

The quality of the work is beyond outstanding! I have to agree with the other “5” star reviewers that the work is impeccable. I felt my vehicle was returned to me “showroom” ready. I did appreciate the frequent email status reports too. There were some “hiccups” in communications regarding issues involved in the repair, but they were quickly resolved to my satisfaction.
