As always Pohanka/ Caliber Collision delivers the best quality of service. The staff is amazing!! This will be the fourth time my car has been hit since moving to DC and I will only consider taking it to one place (Caliber, of course). I don't usually take surveys but this one is worth the effort. I'm genuinely happy with every single step in my experience with Caliber, start to finish. The staff was friendly and understanding when I came in, they quickly called my rental car company so I could be on my way, and my car was delivered faster than I expected (and looked like new). I love this place!!!!! (I just wish people in D.C. would stop hitting my beautiful car)! Thanks for everything!

Had an area on front bumper with missing paint that I hoped you would do...would need to pay out of pocket...I had the touch up paint...would have been easy to door a nominal price if any given the 5000doller work done on back of vehicle...this a 9 on an otherwise good job
