John Kreitzman and Shannon were outstanding and exceedingly instrumental in making the repair run smoothly and be exactly to our satisfaction. When I wanted to pay for original manufacturer's equipment, they were so supportive and helpful in making that happen. Knew how to advise need for rental car.
